Sweet Home FarmsNestled against the Cascade Mountains, on the eastern edge of the Willamette Valley, Sweet Home Farms is a small family farm dedicated to humane animal husbandry and the sustainable production of healthy meat, poultry and eggs. We proudly offer naturally raised meat and poultry, including beef, lamb, goat, pork and pasture-raised poultry and eggs. Our beef, lamb and goats are entirely grassfed and finished—they receive no grain. We also raise animals for live sale, including cattle, sheep and goats. Of course, the nature of our work calls for a cast of guardian and herding dogs, and on occasion we do have puppies for sale. Visit goods for detailed information about any of these offerings, and of course, always feel free to call us directly. |
Latest NewsThe first signs of spring are here and the babies are coming. See our Facebook page for updates and photos of new calves, lambs, kids, AND Great Pyrenees livestock guardian puppies! We have CSA shares available, including new small shares for people who need less meat. See our How to Order page for more information.  We’re also happy to bring a special order to one of our CSA dropoff spots (even if you’re not in the CSA) or to one of the farmers’ markets we attend. We aren’t accepting bulk meat orders at the moment, but beef and pork may be available later in 2012. Keep your eyes on our website for details or ask at one of the markets. We’ll be happy to help! And, if you haven’t ordered directly from a farm before, don’t let your questions stop you. We’re used to helping customers with their orders and we expect lots of questions! On another note, be sure to check out our blog and our Facebook page. We post all sorts of stories, photos, and news, as well as the occasional CSA Newsletter or recipe. |
Get In Touch / Stay In Touch! We hope your initial questions are answered by ours website but know you’re likely to have more detailed questions about how we farm and how to order. We welcome your calls and emails. In fact, as you place your first order we think a phone call is the best way to do it. We can help you make sure you get exactly what you want, when you want it. Part of the joy of having a small farm is that we get to meet our customers and hear what they want, so do get in touch! |
